We integrate in your HR team on an interim-basis as in-house recruiter or people ops manager. There is no success fee for sourced candidates.


We go into active search for your open roles. We only get paid if we find a candidate that you hire. (A small setup fee might be necessary.)

Who We Are

About us

MatchFast HR was founded by Ariyan Seyed Nassir. Ariyan previously founded the venture fund Uplift1 (exited) and worked at Goldman Sachs, HV Capital and various VC-backed startups. He is also an active angel investor.

To find the best candidates, Ariyan leverages the network that he built at universities like WHU, Uni Mannheim and Stanford. He also founded several communities for founders & operators, angel investors and VCs.

He is supported by a team of seasoned HR professionals who go above and beyond to fulfil your people needs.
